The Castle Restaurant
Indulge in delicious food and drink at Cuisle’s Castle Restaurant! Whatever your dietary requirements, our chefs will prepare tasty meals for you. After a hearty meal, you can enjoy entertainment at Harry’s Bar, including live music.
Our location is an ideal base from which to explore Ireland’s Hidden Heartlands. Cuisle is happy to assist you in organising day trips to Knock Shrine, Arigna Mines, cruises on the River Shannon, the Museum of Country Life, and Lough Key Forest and Activity Park. You can also take shopping trips to Roscommon, Athlone and Galway.
This amazing holiday is very affordable, particularly if you’d like to use your Carer’s Support Grant to pay for respite care at Cuisle. This grant is an annual payment made to carers by the Department of Employment Affairs and Social Protection (DEASP). You can come to Cuisle alone or with a carer of your choice. Whichever you choose, we’ll ensure you have a holiday you’ll never forget!
